The ceremony, meal and party will be held at Birtsmorton Court, Malvern, WR13 6AU. The venue ask that you use this postcode in order to arrive at the right entrance, next to the car park.

We invite you to join us both for a drink in the Courtyard of Birtsmorton Court from 1pm before the ceremony at 2pm. This will be followed by a reception in the gardens and a dinner & afterparty in the Linney. The venue curfew is 11:45pm.

There are plenty of other hotels, Airbnbs and pubs in Tewkesbury and the local area.

Taxis

The venue suggests pre-booking taxis for the end of the night. The bar & dancefloor closes at 11:30pm with the venue curfew at 11:45pm. The venue has a list of Recommended Taxis.

Soup - winter squash, crème fraiche and crispy sage leaves

Fresh mozzarella and vine tomato salad, herb croutons and basil oil

Thai BBQ chicken and mango salad with crisp shallots and soy sauce dressing

Main Course

10 hour slow braised shin of beef, dauphinoise potato, carrot purée, buttered seasonal greens and braising jus

Pan fried chicken breast, squash pomme puree, green beans, sage and chilli jus

Roast field mushroom and shallot filled puff pastry wellington, rosemary roasted new potatoes, seasonal greens and vegetarian gravy

When do you need my dietary requirements?

We'd love it if you can submit your menu choices and dietary requirements by April 1st. Thank you!

What’s the dress code?

There's no formal dress code so you're welcome to wear whatever you’d like to! We're hoping for good weather so we can spend some time in the gardens but it is May so we recommend bringing a coat. The ceremony, dinner and party are all indoors.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There’s plenty of parking at the venue. If you’re leaving your car overnight, it must be collected by 11am the following morning.

Many of you have been kind enough to ask about wedding gifts. We honestly feel as though your presence is enough! If you would like to give, we would appreciate a contribution to the honeymoon. We have set up an account on Prezola in case it helps.

Do we need cash?

Nope! The venue is card only.

Do you mind if we take photos throughout the day?

We have no issue with you taking photos throughout the day! We have our official photographer, Pixie, with us throughout but you're welcome to take more candid snaps. We'd love to see them!

Can we bring our own confetti?

We're afraid that confetti isn't permitted at the venue.

Can we fish in the moat?

We're sorry to say that fishing, swimming, boating and inflatables are not allowed. 😔
